Hello Troll Bead collectors!

In 2010 I was lucky enough to be invited to join the UK Troll Bead team as their glass bead demonstration person at special events and trade shows.  I love working with Troll Beads, and creating the custom beads at the special events. I love showing people how these beads are made.  People are often under the misconception that the glass beads are made in a machine, or mass produced somehow.  I assure you, each of Troll Beads glass beads has been hand made by one of the company's very talented team of lampworkers!

Lise Aagaard of Troll Beads is responsible for designing all those lovely glass beads, and she was the first to create and core glass beads for their charm bracelets.   You will find her mark on the rim of the sterling silver core  - LAA.  That is how you know you have a true Troll Bead.

As you can see from my website, I also do my own glass work when I am not working with Troll Beads.  I also create silver core beads of my own design.  Out of respect for Troll Beads, and Lise, I do not take requests for exact recreations of any of the range that Troll Beads offers.

I am happy to hear special requests, as I understand that sometimes a special bead is needed to mark a special occasion! Please keep in mind that any bead I create for you will not be considered an official Troll Bead.
